Cristian Morales in The Main Restaurant, was super nice and attentive to service exided expectations, Dulce Cristal in the Zumba class was excellent, very nice music and very fast ritdem, it was hard to keep up, but it was a lot of fun.The food in the buffet is very good, lots of different options and variety each day. Really enjoying our stay.
The place is fantastic, providing a welcoming and homely atmosphere. The prices are competitive, and the staff is exceptionally sweet and polite. The reviewer intends to revisit in the future.
Nice hotel, most of the staff is friendly and helpful. There was bit of a language barrier for us. Our room was great and everyday we had a new towel buddy! What we didn't care for was it was really crowded and unless you are on the beach before 6 you couldn't get any shade. There were plenty of bars open during the day but only one bar tender in each one and when it was crowded it took a long time to get a drink, whether it was alcoholic or just a glass of water. Then after 5 they only had one bar open with one bar tender so it was even worse service. The week we were there was no evening entertainment that we could find.
Great clean hotel. The only thing I didn't like was for the first 3 days there was a lot of local Mexican families with children.The children weren't managed very loud and spent a lot of time on the adult pool. One evening there was no.hot water for a shower. But I guess that is to be expected with a larger hotel. The food was repetitive. But still good tasting. Hotel extremely clean and great WIFI everywhere. Would stay again.
Had a great stay. Considering it's a 3 star it was fantastic. Staff was great food was great. No extras in room like coffee and fridge is just for show but really how much time do you spend in your room. Getting a seat by pool and on beach is pretty tricky but had a wonderful time.

Unreal experience, amazing staff, everything you need within a couple block radius outside the resort. Made friends with all the bartenders and they were probably my favorite part of the entire resort experience. My friend got to the hotel, and because there was a mix up with rooms he ended up getting the loft suite with zero additional charge!! The food was what you expect for a major resort, nothing amazing but I personally had no trouble eating the entire time. Definitely will return again, recommend to anyone with a family (I dont have kids but they all looked super thrilled haha)
In my opinion and experiences, the hotel fontan exceeded my expectations its rooms are very cozy, the buffet was very varied and delicious, and the different areas were very clean and the service was increíble, I highly recommend it. Visit it, you won't regret it.
